تسعى وزارة النقل و المواصلات الفلسطينية في تقديم خدماتها باعلى جودة و اسهل طريقة لخدمة مواطني دولة فلسطين، كما انها تسعى لتنوع تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين من خلال تنوع وسائل الوصول الى هذه الخدمات من خلال انتشارها في محافظات الوطن او من خلال البوابة الالكترونية و حديثا من خلال تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة. 
حيث يعتبر تطبيق مواصلاتي بنسخته المحدثة بعد نسخة 2016 الاول فلسطينيا الذي يتيح للمواطن تقديم طلب تجديد رخصته الشخصية و استلامها من خلال مكاتب البريد دون الحاجة الى الذهاب الى مقر مديريات الوزراة المنتشرة في ربوع الوطن
The Palestinian Ministry of Transport and Communications seeks to provide its services in the highest quality and easiest way to serve the citizens of the State of Palestine, as it seeks to diversify the provision of services to citizens through the diversity of means of accessing these services through its spread in the governorates of the homeland or through the electronic portal and recently through applications mobile phones.
Where the application of Mawasalati with its updated version after the 2016 edition is the first Palestinian, which allows the citizen to submit an application to renew his personal license and receive it through post offices without the need to go to the headquarters of the directorates of ministries spread throughout the country
